Mediation Coordinator

Primary purpose: Under the supervision of the Mediation Director, assist in the coordination of mediation services with primary focus on client intakes and scheduling of mediation services.

$18.39/hour. 1 Part-time and 1full-time positions needed.

Essential duties/functions:

- Interview clients to determine needs.

- Conduct client intake and assist in screening cases for appropriate service.

-Schedule and coordinate mediation sessions with volunteer mediators.

- Prepares and maintains client files.

- Maintains confidentiality of al case activity and client information.

- Maintains appropriate contact with clients prior to mediation to apprise of their fee payment, case status and prepares for mediation.
