Kitchen Staff & Server Restaurant team member needed – Witch Topokki Troy

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Staff at our quick-service Korean-food All You Can Eat restaurant. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with their orders in a friendly manner

Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately

Prepare and serve food and beverages following established recipes

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen

Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience

Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures

Provide efficient service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

Experience in food service or retail environments is preferred

Knowledge of kitchen operations and café settings is a plus

Strong customer service skills with the ability to address customer needs promptly

Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks effectively

Familiarity with cash handling procedures

Ability to work well in a team and individually

Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
