Restaurant manager

Hello, we are looking for a manager for a lower volume restaurant. Responsibilities include overseeing all operations, and secondarily working on the line. Mostly, this means checking the availability and quality of everything necessary to operate each day. This includes the staff.

Must be good with people. Must be smart.
