Who We’re Looking For:

You should be highly organized, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Tenant & Lease Management: Manage leases, renewals, tenant communications, and rent collections.

Accounting & Bookkeeping: Oversee financial records, deposits, invoicing, and expense tracking. QuickBooks experience required.

Maintenance & Vendor Coordination: Oversee maintenance staff, landscaping, and repairs. Establish strong vendor relationships (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, cleaning companies).

Building Inspections & Security: Regularly inspect properties, track building conditions, manage security measures, and liaise with city officials.

Construction & Project Management: Assist with construction projects, coordinate vendor bids, and organize project timelines.

Event Planning: Organize tenant appreciation events, employee gatherings, and support tenant-hosted functions.

Administrative & Office Management: Keep electronic records organized, stock office supplies, run errands as needed.

Technology & Efficiency: Help implement and improve property management systems and processes.

Requirements & Skills:

5+ years of experience in commercial property management (corporate or independent).

QuickBooks, accounting, and bookkeeping experience required.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PDFs, and email communication—strong written skills are a must.

Ability to read and interpret long leases and contracts with attention to detail.

Excellent organizational skills—electronic filing, invoice tracking, and document management.

Problem-solving mindset—ability to anticipate issues, take initiative, and find solutions.

Reliable transportation and ability to maintain consistent hours.

Licensed Property Manager preferred but not required.

A hands-on, proactive approach—someone who doesn’t wait for instructions but takes charge.
