Storage Facility Maintenance/ Laborer

We are looking for a reliable Maintenance/Laborer to join our team and help maintain multiple self-storage facilities. This position involves general maintenance, light repairs, and keeping the properties clean and well-maintained.

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Perform general upkeep, including sweeping, trash removal, and landscaping

✅ Conduct minor repairs (doors, locks, lighting, etc.)

✅ Assist with unit clean-outs and property inspections

✅ Ensure the facility is safe and presentable for tenants

✅ Other duties as needed

Requirements:

️ Must be reliable and self-motivated

️ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions

️ Basic knowledge of hand tools and minor repairs

️ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

️ Previous maintenance or labor experience is a plus but not required
