Canby Grove Christian Center

Canby Grove is looking to hire reliable, hard working individuals, 18 years of age or older, to join its Housekeeping staff for the spring, summer and fall seasons. This is an hourly position that offers up to 30 hours a week. Experience is welcomed, but not required.

Canby Grove is a beautiful camp and retreat center situated on 54 acres of land along the scenic Molalla River in Canby, Oregon. It is owned and operated by Jump-In NW, a non-profit church ministry. Our facilities operate year-round and are staffed by full and part-time professionals who help ensure that our guests have an amazing experience.

Housekeeping duties include, but are not limited to:

- pulling linens and trash from sleeping rooms and bathrooms

- making beds

- dusting

- cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and hard surfaces

- vacuuming

- sweeping and mopping floors

- Laundry including wash/dry, fold and some ironing

- Deep cleaning as needed

Staff must be able to work on their feet and lift job related supplies up to 40 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, lift and/or bend for up to two hours at a time.

Shift days and hours will vary depending on programming needs, guest group size and schedules. Canby Grove is open 7 days a week and offers morning, afternoon and evening shifts.
