We are seeking a talented and passionate scratch cook who has a natural ability to cook from a recipe or without one. If you're someone who can follow a recipe to perfection but also confidently improvise in the kitchen, creating delicious, homemade meals on the fly, we want you! Whether it's crafting savory dishes from scratch or seasoning to taste, your experience and intuition in the kitchen will be valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of homemade foods from scratch, including but not limited to, soups, sauces, meats, and baked goods

Be comfortable cooking without a recipe when necessary, using your intuition and creativity

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including the flat top grill

Multitask effectively during service, ensuring food quality and presentation is consistently high

Perform additional tasks as needed in a food service environment, such as cleaning and sanitizing, washing dishes, and serving food

Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times

Schedule:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Hours: 6:30 AM - 1:30 PM

No weekends required

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced in cooking from scratch and can handle a variety of dishes

Comfortable with improvisation in the kitchen and creating meals without a set recipe

Able to handle multitasking and high-pressure situations with ease

Someone who values quality and consistency in food preparation

Job Type:

Part-time (with the potential to grow into a full-time position if business improves)

Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour, with potential for increased pay based on experience and performance

Shift:
