Part time Facility Manager/Maintenance

LocalStorage is looking to hire a Part Time Facility Manager to work approximately 20 hours per week $17-$20 an hour at the LocalStorage site in Palmyra/Fluvanna, VA area.

This is a great part-time flexible role for law enforcement, fire fighters, retired or semi-retired individuals looking for additional income.

LocalStorage is a fast-growing self-storage operator. The individual in this position will have the opportunity to grow with the company and potentially manage more facilities in the area.

Responsibilities include

ensuring grounds and facility are in excellent condition

preparing vacated units for rent

lock checks

meeting vendors and customers for assistance

basic property maintenance work and repairs
