Another Source’s client, Sabey Corporation, is recruiting a Human Resouces Manager to join their growing team, onsite at their HQ in Tukwila, WA.

About the role:

As the Human Resources Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and driving HR initiatives that align with Sabey’s mission. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you’ll work as part of a collaborative HR team of five in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Sabey is a growing and stable company with 300 employees today and plans to more than double in the next five years, offering exciting opportunities for HR to evolve alongside the business.

This is a hands-on role that requires strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to support the company’s expansion. You’ll manage key HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance, while fostering a high-performance, people-first work culture.

Your Contributions Will Likely Include:

Driving employee engagement through performance management, training, and professional development initiatives.

Managing the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—to ensure a seamless experience.

Administering benefit programs, including open enrollment and compliance with industry trends.

Providing expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.

Leading recruitment efforts in partnership with hiring managers and third-party agencies to attract top talent.

Overseeing HR compliance, including Affirmative Action Plans, audits, and regulatory reporting.

Collaborating with leadership to implement HR strategies that support company goals and employee success.

Experience You Will Bring to the Team:

10+ years of Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years as a Human Resources Generalist.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong recruiting and people management experience.

Expertise in employment laws and HR compliance.

Ability to navigate HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.

HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Compensation:

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $92,558 - $138,837, depending on experience and qualifications.
