HVAC Service Technician 60,000-100,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial properties. Your expertise in HVAC maintenance, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation will be essential in ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Qualifications:

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical systems for residential and light commercial.

- NATE certification

Experienced with AC, Furnace, Water Heaters, Humidifiers, Mini Splits, heat pumps, zone systems/zone controls.

Ability to manage service calls.

Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Maintain service vehicle.

Ability to work independently.

Maintain accurate records of time and materials for each job.

Must pass a background check.

Participates in major component replacement and evaluation of complex system problems.

Requirements:

2-5 + years residential HVAC experience.

Heat pump experience, plumbing experience as related to HVAC and electrical troubleshooting.

Possess your own basic hand tools.

Physically agile, dexterous, and able to work in confined spaces.

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.

Position includes:
