Cleaning Subcontractor – Early Morning (Boulder)

If you own and run your own Cleaning Business and understand the importance of customer service, then we want to hear from you. We are looking for a cleaning subcontractor to clean a retail account in BOULDER 7 DAYS PER WEEK AT 5AM.

SCOPE OF WORK:

7 days per week starting at 5am: Dust mop and autoscrub Retail Area floors. Clean two restrooms and one large breakroom

1 day per week: Burnish retail area floors.

EXPECTATIONS:

You must provide experienced, competent, honest, and dependable staff to ensure all work is done to standard 7 days per week.

You must have General Liability Insurance.

If you have employees, then you must have Workers Compensation insurance also.

Floor equipment experience is a plus but is not mandatory.

Dependability is Mandatory

We provide training, an autoscrubber, and a burnisher.

This account pays $2150 per month. (We estimate all work can be done in about 18-25 hours per week.)
