Administrative Assistance / Secretary
We are an established, local, Christian family owned and operated landscaping company looking for an administrative assistant. Duties will include, but are not limited to: answering phone, replying to emails, scheduling, payroll, invoicing, filing, and organizing. The right candidate will be able to work independently, have excellent customer service and communication skills, be a team member, willing to inventory shop items and clean office when necessary, and is looking for a long term committment. Knowledge of quickbooks online, Jobber, Excel and Google Docs is helpful, but not necessary. Pay starts at $17-19/hr depending on experience. We are a seasonal business, so hours do vary. March - October M-R 8-1 and Fridays 8-noon. November through February approximately 20 hours per week.
