Towing Company Customer Service Agents

Todisco Services, Inc. is searching for good people who want to join our team of professionals. We are a full-service towing and transportation company with three locations proudly serving numerous police agencies and hundreds of private clients.

Daily functions include, but are not limited to:

-Answering phones and assisting customers.

-Assist customers in retrieving their vehicles at one of our impound facilities.

-Assist insurance companies that inquire about impounded vehicles.

-Receive payments from customers.

-Maintain a clean workstation and contribute to a healthy and clean working environment.

-Follow company procedures and policies.

-Additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

-Exhibit excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills.

-Ability to multitask while paying close attention to detail.

-Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with various personalities, customers, and fellow team members.

-Excellent team working skills

-Excellent customer service skills
