Yard Maintenance Person for construction shop

We are looking for someone to keep our construction yard clean and organized. Must be 18 years or older with a clear record. Will be scheduled 20-25 hours per week through the construction season. May be taught to use a forklift through our training program. May need to run other equipment after training also. Will work under the supervision of our mechanic/head yard maintenance person.
