They are industry front runners and influencers who deliver extraordinary customer experiences and always strive to exceed business goals.What We OfferAIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:Expected salary range of $84,000 - $87,000 annually + target bonus opportunity.  You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.Commissions for new leases and renewals. What You Will DoLead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reportsProvide exemplary service to residents and team membersResponsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achievement of operational and financial goalsManage leasing and maintenance team members, facilitates leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction as well as adherence to legal standards and company policies.
