Powder Coat Supervisor - Full Time, Career Opportunity!

PPS is seeking an experienced Powder Coat Supervisor for our metal fabrication facility in Bedford. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits (including quarterly profit sharing bonus) and growth opportunities!

Responsibilities:

Oversee all activities, production, and operations of powder coating department

Maintains and ensures efficiency and quality of product

Identifies, investigates, and resolves delays in operations

Works with Ops Manager and other department leads to ensure product quality and on-time production

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

Proven manufacturing and leadership

Experience working with various metals

Understand calibration of spray equipment

Basic understanding of powdercoat formulas

Thorough knowledge of service prep for powder and primer application
