Sr. Accountant

Description Hybrid position available! We are currently seeking a Sr. Accountant to join our client's team in Jersey City, New Jersey. In the role of a Sr. Accountant, you will manage a range of accounting tasks, such as the creation and maintenance of journal entries, handling prepaids and fixed assets, and the preparation of financial statements. Handle prepaids and fixed assets as part of the financial operations of the organization. Compile comprehensive financial statements for review. Use Dynamics Business Central in daily tasks Carry out account reconciliation tasks, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations. Oversee the general ledger and ensure its accuracy. Lead the month-end close activities, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded and reported.
