Summary of Positions:

FOH Event Staff -

- Arriving on time to set up the event tent/venue. ie: setting guest tables, setting banquet tables, setting up workstations

- execution of food service ie: cocktail hour, dinner service, dessert/coffee service & late-night service

- working as a team to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction

- maintaining cleanliness standards

- clean up and break down of event space when event is over

BOH Event Staff -

- set up & break down of the cook tent / kitchen space

- prepping and cooking of the meals according to menu specifications

- maintaining a clean and organized kitchen

- operating kitchen equipment and appliances

- ensuring food safety and hygiene regulations are followed

- assisting other kitchen staff and maintaining health code standards

- cleaning dishes & workstations
