At CCI, we assist Developmentally Disabled Adults to live as independently as possible in their own residences.

Our participants are a HOOT!

They are looking for Direct Care staff that want to not only have fun with them but also be there to teach and model living skills.,

Things you may do for work:

teach/model/assist with

effective communication

roommate conflict resolution

dietary meal choices, grocery shopping, meal prep

light housework

personal hygiene

dressing appropriately for weather

not attracting negative attention in the community

living happy, healthy lives

These participants also would like their staff to be around to play video games, take them hiking, fishing, bowling, or just simply chill and watch TV!

Shifts are 12 hours 7-7, days are 7a-7p, nights are 7p-7a

2 shifts/wk = 24 hrs Part Time

3-5 shifts/wk = 36-60 hrs full time

All shifts must include one weekend: either Saturday or Sunday

We currently have a few different shifts to choose from, let us know your perfect shift in the interview!
