Social Media Growth Specialist (Full-Time Remote)

About Us:We’re on a mission to massively grow our Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook following — and we need a Social Media Growth Specialist to help us make it happen. If you’re dependable, creative, and have a sharp eye for design, we want you on our team!

This is a full-time position with both daily content responsibilities and additional coordination duties for our podcast — which will be repurposed for Instagram and YouTube content.

What You'll Be Doing:

Instagram (Daily Duties)

Post 3 engaging posts that attract new followers and keep our audience hooked.

Create Stories with interactive elements like polls and quizzes to boost engagement.

Develop Reels that showcase our expertise and connect with our ideal audience.

Engage with followers by responding to comments and DMs promptly.

YouTube (Daily Duties)

Post 3 Shorts daily to grab attention fast.

Upload 1-2 full videos weekly designed to increase views and subscribers.

Design compelling thumbnails and write keyword-rich descriptions.

Respond to comments to build connections and encourage engagement.

Facebook (Daily Duties)

Post 3 posts a day — a mix of educational, engaging, and promotional content.

Keep our Facebook Group active with discussions, Q&A, and valuable insights.

Monitor and respond to messages to maintain strong connections with followers.

Podcast Coordination Duties

Coordinate and schedule guest interviews for our Success Stories Podcast.

Work with the team to edit, repurpose, and promote podcast episodes for YouTube and Instagram content.

Create promotional graphics, captions, and teaser clips to boost episode engagement.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience driving massive social media growth — show us your results!

A sophisticated design aesthetic and a knack for creating scroll-stopping content.

Strong writing skills to craft captions that connect and inspire action.

Experience with social media tools like Canva, Later, or Metricool.

Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with ManyChat, GoHighLevel, or similar automation tools.

Video editing skills for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
