Responsible for reviewing title and surveys, purchase and sale agreements, prepare title commitments and policies etc. Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Associates degree in Paralegal Studies or related field. Must be Proficient with software applications; Qualia Closings or Closing VU, ATIDS, Net Documents, iTimeKeep or Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook. At least 4 years of real estate experience.
