Software QA Analyst
Responsibilities:Bug HandlingReceive and triage bug tickets from Sales and Support.Reproduce issues on test environments.Restore and mount PostgreSQL database dumps to investigate customer-specific bugs.Extend tickets with additional details and escalate to Development for resolution.Verify that bug fixes work as expected.Update changelogs and hand over resolved issues to Support/Sales.Feature TestingCollaborate with Product Managers and Designers to understand new features.Test backend API endpoints using tools like Postman or similar to ensure they meet frontend requirements.Create comprehensive manual test cases for all new features.Perform end-to-end testing based on test cases.Release TestingConduct full application testing before each minor or major release, following structured test cases.Document test results, report issues, and ensure application stability.
