Tree work-ground guy

We are a small tree company in Seville, Ohio looking for a dedicated ground guy for 2025. Your duties would be dragging and chipping brush, learning to run ropes, operating loader equipment, running a chainsaw, and cleaning up the job site. Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds. Must have reliable transportation and a drivers license. Experience is preferred but not required. We are a drug/alcohol free workplace.
