Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the owner/executive chef, this the Front of House Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant’s front-of-house, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth operations, and staff management. They collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver a top-tier dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Ensure guests receive prompt, professional service and handle complaints/requests.

Staff Management: Supervise, train, and schedule front-of-house staff; ensure a positive work environment.

Operations: Oversee restaurant setup, seating arrangements, and smooth service flow.

Collaboration: Work with kitchen and bar to ensure accurate orders and food quality.

Compliance: Maintain health and safety standards, and ensure staff follows regulations.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software.

Ability to manage stress and resolve conflicts.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
