Part Time Property Manager

Our company manages multiple multi-family properties around the San Angelo area. We are looking for a part-time property manager that can be the face of our company and offer our tenants and applicants a warm welcome.

DUTIES

Our property manager will have to collect rent from our tenants and make trips to the bank to deposit rent.

Our property manager will be responsible for renting out our apartments and taking care of move in/outs, new lease/lease renewals, and showing the apartment to prospective tenants.

Our property manager will need to make routine inspections of our properties and take note of anything that needs to be fixed.

Our property manager will work with our maintenance team to let them know what needs to be repaired and work out a schedule with them.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to handle basic office tasks.

Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Amazing customer service.

Ability to speak basic Spanish (preferred but not required).

Excellent time management skills.

Experience as property manager (preferred but not required).

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to: ability to walk property, including multiple flights of stairs, to complete physical inspections, deliver resident communications, and show apartments.

Must have a vehicle for transportation to be able to get to all of our properties.

This is a 1099 position and will be paid as such.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday. We will have work on some Saturdays typically around the beginning of the month.

5-6 hour shifts

Oncall in case of emergencies
