Production Engineer Co-op

Duration: July-December 2025As the HPF Production Engineer Co-op, you will provide technical support to the Herbicide Production and Formulations Unit. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate engineering degree programProvide process/production engineering support to achieve performance targets in efficiency, production, and complianceIdentify improvement opportunities through data sourced from interactions with Operations personnel, from process historians, and through daily Tier meetings.Responsible for OEE and Continuous Improvement Efforts for the HPF unitParticipate in site wide initiatives that will deliver reliability improvements, reduce energy usage, and increase productionSupport of month-end accounting closure for consumption of raw materials and energySupport unit through real time production reporting, yield and raw material efficiency monitoring.Support environmental improvements, reporting and calculations with regards to permitting and release reportingSupport the Capital Projects Group (CPG) in early project scope developmentSupport unit operations in incident investigations related to production processesProvide PRA assistance for the Site as a unit representativeParticipate in cross-functional teams to address HSE and process safety, and other regulatory requirementsProvide training and coaching to operations personnel on process changes and improvement initiatives
