We are a locally owned and established asphalt maintenance company with over 20 years of experience in the industry. We’re looking to add a couple of new top hands to our crew.

Pay will depend on experience and how fast you can catch on to the job.

Don’t have asphalt/sealcoating experience? No problem! We will train you!

Labor Duties

Asphalt Prep (Clean Tools, Operate Paver, Rake Asphalt, Run Asphalt Saw, Wire Broom, Back Blower, Tack Coating)

Shoveling

Operate different types of equipment

Seal Coating Labor (Power Washing, Hot Crack Sealing, Squeegeeing, Edge work, Torching,etc)

Must have the ability to run a crack melter and apply hot crack filler

Parking Lot Striping (Design/Layout parking lots, run striping equipment, paint stencils, etc)

Asphalt & Seal Coat Requirements

Must be drug free & pass drug tests

Must be willing to work Overtime/Weekends/Holidays

Must have a valid DL & Reliable Transportation

Must be able to pull and back up trailers

Be able to work day/night shifts

Lift 100 lbs (physically demanding job)

Work together in a team atmosphere

Willing to learn new skills

This is a full-time position
