Customer Order Specialist needed in Butler, $16-$18/hr

The Customer Order Entry Specialist is responsible for the entry of commercial-based orders and quotes. The focus of this role is to ensure requests from commercial customers are answered promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction. This role works hand in hand with the Commercial Department Account Manager.

Schedule: 8am-5:30pm, M- F

Pay rate: $17-$18/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Enter all commercial job site orders into the computer system

Ensure that quotes/orders/order acknowledgements are being sent to the customers in an expedient fashion

Verify accuracy of information for customers/follow up on customer status requests

Track commercial backordered items and rejects, coordinating with logistics for delivery

Provide excellent customer service in all professional communications with customers, ensuring "white glove" service in every aspect

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to effectively communicate via phone

Experience using computer software to include Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook and Word, etc.)

Ability to sit for 6-8 hours per day

Ability to use hands/fingers for dexterity in keyboard/mouse manipulation
