Provide sales support as the RFP Clinical Application Specialists (CAS) for the Transfusion Management Software team. Supports the Software Business sales team to complete RFP, RFI, IT Questionnaires, Security and Vendor Questionnaires, and other forms requested or required by customers to complete their due dilligence and evaluation of our software solutions to purchase and/or implement. Manages, documents, reviews, confirms accuracy, and oversees Enhancement Request Process and works closely with Marketing and R&D in the strategies for inclusion of enhancements into new releases of software. Duties include the maintenance and development of the RFP response repository - covering each of our product lines for functionality and IT/Security questionnaires, and compilation, organization, and maintenance of the latest approved exhibits, brochures, manuals, and documentation that may be used in an RFP submission. Adminstrative duties include Reference Site List Maintenance for our line of products. The RFP Specialist has access to current market needs and will support the marketing team; in the communication of sales support materials, at promotional events and in gathering data for market and competitive analysis. The RFP specialist can also be involved in sales calls to use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. The RFP Specialist also supports the sales team in providing Webinar demonstrations, and acts as backup for customer demonstrations. Distinguished by additional specialized knowledge in breadth and/or depth in our market and products, the RFP Specialist is viewed as an expert resource in the field and products, and provides basic training functions.Essential Duties
Provide primary RFP sales support as the RFP Clinical Application Specialists (CAS) for the Transfusion Management Software team.
Lead and manage the RFP submission process, complete RFP responses and outsource outstanding questions/sections with timelines and deadlines
Manages, reviews, documents, confirms accuracy, and oversees Enhancement Requests, and works closely with Marketing and R&D to strategize inclusion of priority enhancements into new releases.
Build and maintain RFP and IT/Security Questionnaire Response Libraries for all Transfusion Management Product Lines.
Works closely with contracts team with clinical oversight and completion of Software Business solutions RFP's and IT Security Questionnaires.
Administrative duties includes Reference Site List maintenance, Exhibit maintenance used for RFP submissions, and assistance with other Transfusion Management project initiatives or objectives.
Supports the Software Business sales team to demonstrate, maximize utilization, identify and develop product expansion opportunity leads for all Software Business solutions and applications.
In addition, supports marketing team; in the communication of sales support materials, at promotional events and in gathering data for market and competitive analysis.
Provide support throughout the sales process in the administrative capacity to the sales team, and drive validation, utilization, and expansion opportunities for Software Business solutions with a focus on BloodTrack and SafeTrace Tx product lines.
Responsible to provide basic training on Transfusion Management Products and CAS Engagements for new CAS and Account Executives
Performs product demonstrations for all Software Business solutions.
Prepares materials and communicates to sales team as it relates to new customer evaluations and expansion opportunities for existing customers.Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree: Health Care, Business, Science, or related fie d - Preferred
Experience
5+ Years:
Transfusion Management industry experience
Haemonetics Clinical Specialists or other TM related role
Leadership position held in prior role
Experience in training and development of clinical education and training programs within formal Field Trainer Role at Haemonetics
Prior experience in the laboratory, blood bank or bedside environment with focus on workflows, operations, and/or system admin would be highly regarded
Prior experience in the management and response to RFP, RFI, Security/Vendor Questionnaires.
Experience in clinical software sales, support, implementation, or maintenance is a plus
Similarly, sales and marketing experience in HCIT would also be considered.Skills

Preference for individuals licensed as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Specialist in Blood Bank (SBB) or other Clinical license / certification with deep knowledge of transfusion workflows (ex; RN / TSO) - PreferredTravel Expectations: Occasional Domestic: 10-25%Training/Certifications
