Mixologists/ Bartenders/ Rum Specialists

Sugar Salt Sand is opening in a few weeks in Ft Collins and looking for one more experienced bartender/ mixologist for our diverse and cocktail-forward Bar Program. We incorporate a speakeasy-style craft bar program and training for Island inspired cuisine and cocktails. We are looking for an individual that has a passion for the business, the industry and Ft Collins. We desire to be one of the most sophisticated and desired craft Polynesian beverage programs in the Ft Collins area, focusing on all liquors, but with an emphasis on Spirits and Cocktails (Rum, Tequila and Mezcal), beer and N/A options. We are bringing all of the above to the downtown area in Ft Collins.

Extensive experience and knowledge in spirits and cocktail creation is necessary.

Creative focus and experience with cocktail creation and ingredients

Flexibility of schedule and team leader/teammate are non-negotiable

Professional, friendly and multi-tasker

Detail and Goal Orientated

Minimum of 2-5 years in high volume/traffic restaurant, or craft bar program

Comprehensive cocktail understanding, limitless appetite for food knowledge and a selfless desire to serve others are mandatory.

Connection to the Ft Collins community and a philanthropic mindset are essential.

Strong work ethic and integrity

Must have great sense of urgency, knowledge of team dynamics and delegation of duties
