Job Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
Provide general administrative support to various departments
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Perform other tasks as assigned to ensure efficient office operations
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior office experience is a plus, but not required
