Territory Account Manager, Hungary (m/f/d)
As Territory Account Manager for Hungary, you will be fully responsible for all aspects of sales—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and expanding existing accounts. You will work independently to drive revenue, with no additional support from other sales roles.Your key responsibilities will include:1. New Business AcquisitionIndependently identify, prospect, and acquire new customers in Hungary.Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy to continuously build a strong pipeline.Drive the full sales cycle—lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.Proactively engage with key decision-makers and create compelling value propositions for ProGlove solutions.2. Account Management & GrowthOwn and manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring strong relationships and long-term retention.Develop and implement account development plans to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and expand business within existing accounts.3. Full Ownership of Sales Process & CRM ManagementTake full control of the entire sales process, managing every stage from start to finish.Ensure all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates are accurately recorded in Salesforce.Analyze sales data, monitor performance, and report insights to leadership.
