All items are handmade, packaged and shipped from our homestead workshop located on Kalapuyan land in the Willamette Valley in the so-called State of Oregon.

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate individual to assist in the production, labeling, and shipping of our herbal products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in herbal medicine, botanical skincare, and sustainable craftsmanship to be part of a successful small business.

Essential Responsibilities

Assist in handcrafting herbal products following established recipes and quality standards

Apply labels and ensure product presentation meets our aesthetic and branding standards

Package and ship orders accurately and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace

Occasionally assist with inventory management and materials preparation

Desired Qualifications

Passion for herbal medicine and a strong appreciation for natural skincare

2+ years of hands-on experience with medicinal herbs, botanical medicine, herbal product formulation, or skincare production

A laid-back and respectful personality, with strong ethics and reliability

Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail in a production setting

Background in life and/or physical sciences, health and wellness, clinical herbalism, or marketing is a plus

Physical Requirements

Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Mental Requirements

Able to learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, make timely decisions in the context of a workflow, communicate with coworkers and the public
