Provide corrective and preventative maintenance on all CMR exterior and

interior structures and systems. Includes plumbing repair, alteration,

remodel, and install with abs, pex, copper sweating, steel/iron

fitting; work on natural gas lines; backflow preventer repair and

certification; water treatment system repairs and testing; commercial HVAC

troubleshooting and repair; motors, controls, and pneumatics

maintenance; electrical repairs up to 220v, breakers/transformers;

door and window repair/install; maintenance of building trim, decks,

siding, FRP, drop ceilings, countertops, and cabinetry; wall

framing; locksmithing; advanced commercial appliance

repair/maintenance; drywall, painting, surface prep, product

selection, and texture matching; use of ladders and aerial lifts; tile

and grouBasic Requirements:

Must be flexible to working days and hours, especially ramp up/down and

busy occupancy periods.

Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to distinguish colors.

Must be able to work in all types of conditions:

Crawl spaces, cold or hot areas, inside and outside.

Must be able to work in small, hard to reach places.

Must be able to work on or around roof areas of buildings

Must be able to work well with others and be a team player, while helping

to lead and develop other staff members.

Must keep accurate records and be able to communicate properly with vendors

and sub-contractors.

Due to the sensitive nature of this position, a criminal background check

Must have a valid US Driver's license.
