Graphic Artist & Office Assistant
Fern Valley Farms is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Artist who can multi-task and assist with daily office operations. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong eye for design and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design (First Few Hours of the Day)
Create and design product labels, packaging, and marketing materials
Develop artwork for labels, merch, and promotional campaigns
Work closely with the team to ensure brand consistency
Office & Customer Support (Remainder of the Day)
Process and fill customer orders
Answer phones and respond to emails
Provide top-tier customer service and assist with inquiries
Help maintain a smooth workflow in the office
What We’re Looking For:
Strong graphic design skills
Excellent customer service skills – friendly, patient, and professional
Ability to multi-task and switch between creative and administrative tasks
Great attention to detail – accuracy is key in both design and office work
Reliable and team-oriented
