The Performance Group is partnering with a client in Hanover, PA to help them with their welding needs!Welders

Starting at $17+

1st: Mon-Fri 7am - 3pm or Mon-Thu 7am - 5pm

2nd: Mon-Fri 3pm - 11pm

Duties & Responsibilities

Performing both Mig & Tig Welding applications daily

Reading and understanding blueprints and weld symbols

Welding Light Gauge Steel, Aluminum and working with Fixturing

Ensuring safety and quality guidelines are met

Notify supervision of faulty equipment and/or defective materials

Determine and perform routine maintenance on equipment used

De-bur and grind metal as necessary for proper surface texture

Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities for success

Thorough knowledge of both Mig and Tig Welding

Thorough knowledge of Reading and understand blueprints and weld symbols

Effective time management skill s

Strong attention to detail

Education & Experience Requirements

1 year of more of both Mig and Tig Welding experience

Ability to utilize measuring and power tools

Knowledge and proven work experience in Manufacturing environment

Ability to perform both Mig & Tig Welding applications proficiently

Working Conditions

Ability to stand for more than 4hrs at a time

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Ability to work in hot/cold warehouse environment
