Groundskeeper/Landscaper

Summer Place Apartments is currently seeking a full-time groundskeeper. To be considered, applicants must demonstrate expertise in mowing, weed eating, fence repair, irrigation, etc. You will be picking up trash and assisting maintenance with make ready occasionally. You must be able to have valid driver's license. You must have a vehicle. You will sometimes need to pick up things or haul off items. You must be a team player. Get along well with others and be able to follow instructions. This position requires you to be outside in any climate or weather. You must be able to carry heavy equipment and be able to physically bend up and down.

Paid weekly.

Mon-Friday (sometimes Saturday)8-5
