Full-time Paralegal Wanted

Are you an experienced Paralegal looking to join a dynamic legal team in a charming community? Our busy general practice in Big Bear is seeking a skilled paralegal to assist our two attorneys with a diverse range of cases across various practice areas. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience as a litigation paralegal. Traits such as friendliness, adaptability, and a willingness to learn will greatly enhance success in this role. THIS IS A FULLY IN-PERSON POSITION. SPANISH-SPEAKING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and closings

- Draft legal documents and correspondence

- Conduct legal research and gather information

- Maintain and organize case files

- Communicate with clients and other parties

- Perform discovery and motion writing

Qualifications:

- Previous paralegal experience, preferably in probate law

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
