Digital Media Creator – This is a full-time, in-house position at our headquarters in Roseville, CA —remote work is not available. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

As part of our in-house team, you’ll be an essential player in bringing our brand to life through digital media.
What We’re Looking For
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom is a must.
Strong grasp of photography, videography, and color theory.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital content creation for a Brand or Business with a professional portfolio. (include a link to portfolio in Resume)
Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to shoot and edit high-quality video and photography content with an eye for detail.
Experience creating digital content for Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, social media (Reels, TikTok), and Amazon.
Comfortable working in an active shop environment, capturing products, installations, and manufacturing processes.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing ladders, etc.).
Open to occasional travel when necessary.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Primary Focus
Capture and edit high-quality video and photography content for marketing and branding purposes.
Create commercial-style product videos for YouTube and the Sinister Diesel website.
Develop marketing videos tailored for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon product listings to drive engagement and conversions
Produce short-form content (Reels, TikTok, and promotional videos) to amplify brand awareness.
Additional Responsibilities
Stay ahead of trends, equipment, and software in digital media.
Collaborate with product design, sales, and web development teams to align content with brand objectives.
Film manufacturing and installation processes to showcase Sinister Diesel’s quality.
Manage the in-house asset library and oversee content organization.
Utilize Monday.com to track and manage projects efficiently.
Set up and maintain the studio space, including props and lighting, with marketing team assistance.
Brainstorm new content ideas while optimizing existing resources.
Work with other creators for UGC material
