Daylight Welders needed-all skill levels-will train

Metal products manufacturer in Kittanning, PA is hiring day shift welders.

There are openings available for every skill level from entry level to experienced fabricators.

Entry level will be on a safe training path with benchmark pay raises. The minimum offered is $17.00/hr plus benefits. Entry level compensation is heavily attitude based.

Experienced welders are expected to work in a safe manner. Welders would see a variety of Tig/Mig/Laser welding jobs. Most weld work is between 16ga and 11ga thickness in carbon and stainless steel. Aluminum work is typically 1/8" thick. Most jobs are items that one operator can pick up and move. Most weld work has operators being responsible for grinding and finishing as well as maintaining a safe and clean work area. Hourly compensation is based on skill, experience, print reading ability, and attitude. A strong benefits package also adds to an above industry average compensation package. All applicants must have the ability to safely navigate a manufacturing environment. The ability to lift, bend, twist, and turn is a requirement. Applicants should be able to regularly and safely lift 45lbs.
