P/T - Market Research Asst for Entrepreneur Exploring New Venture

I am seeking assistance from a local individual that can help research companies and competitors for me online and organize the information in an orderly fashion for me to analyze. The work is very simple, but I am so busy with my main business, I am struggling to find the time to add more to my plate. My office is on Upper Queen Anne. There would be some opportunities to take hours at home, but we have a nice office and the preferred candidate would be open to doing most of the hours at the office (free coffee and snacks : p ). It could be about 5-10 hours per week. If you are a good fit, there would be more opportunities at my real estate company if you were interested in more work $.

This is a very vague job description. I am a busy business owner that needs some basic support and organization.
