Residential Draftsman

2-4 years of architectural experience

Experience in single-family, multifamily, and commercial projects

Familiarity with CBC, CRC, IBC, IRC, and related building codes

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Ability to work within an established drafting system to produce consistent results

Ability to work on multiple projects at various stages of completion

Ability to work from design sketches and drawings to create accurate CAD drawings that maintain design intent

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
