Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a maintenance technician with at least 2 years experience and some familiarity of residential property maintenance.

You must have your own reliable transportation, clean DMV record and be able to pass a background check.

Tools for the trade are required.

Must be located in Northern Colorado and able to commute to Loveland.

Must be able to move and/or lift 70 lbs (avg)

Schedule is 8am - 4pm Monday through Friday.

Starting wage is $25/ Hour.

You would be eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits after 60 days.
