Miami Make money - Lease us space for hosting computer and cell equip

Looking to make some money? We want to rent some space in your home or office for a computer(s) and some cell equipment. We need good Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile 4G/5G signal and a stable wired internet connection plus your support as needed as our remote hands for computer support.

We are willing to pay $150/month per computer (each acceptable cell provider is 1 computer). Very little work needed, tech support to help out plug and unplug usb and network devices guided over phone as needed. 90% of time the equipment runs on its own.

Requirements

- Space for 20" x 48" table or a 3 shelf (13.75"D x 30"W x 39"H) close enough to your modem/router to connect by network cable or possible 5 shelve rubbermaid stand.

- Area where children, pets will not interfere with equipment

- Good 4G/5G T-Mobile, AT&T, and/or Verizon signal (will ship out usb modems to test for a week (no pay during testing))

- At least 300Mbps upload speed on home fiber internet - speedtest.net results will be requested. We cannot use 5G hotspots or wifi, must be home fiber connection

- Availability incase we need to call or text to help with equipment should we need a restart, replace equipment

- Willingness to assist plugging in equipment if site is selected

- 1 week test with full equipment to verify acceptable speeds during weekday/weekend day/night after initial 1 week preliminary test during different times.

- Access to home fiber modem to setup configuration

If after the initial speedtest for 1 week and we send you the equipment (computer) for 1 week test is complete, we confirm we can use your location, we will pay first month payment of $150/computer we setup by zelle and begin our monthly agreement.

Computer knowledge is a plus but not needed, we can train anyone for this over phone/facetime.

This is a secure setup that will not access any of your local computers.

We are a technology company offering data reports obtained by scraping sites via cell modems to other businesses.

We have an urgent need for T-Mobile 4G/5G in your area, if your 5G T-Mobile phone gets 200Mbps (without UC symbol near bars) or higher from your home by testing at speedtest.net website please send us a screenshot ASAP. We are ready to move forward if you are qualified.
