Handyman/helper needed, can be year round

Looking for an energetic and reliable man to help with several seasonal projects around the property.

Projects include:

LIFTING and MOVING heavy items, quantities of brush, etc.

LAWN WORKweed-whacking, lawn mowing, roto-tilling

GARDENING weeding, raking, planting, mulching

GENERAL GARDEN/LAWN CLEAN-UP AND MAINTENANCEclipper and chain saw work and trimming

POWERWASHING and PAINTING

GENERAL repairs basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing knowledge, etc. is appreciated.

This job is part-time (1 day per week-possibly more during the season) and year-round.

Available starting NOW.

Pay rate is $20-$25 per hour depending on skill level and difficulty of project.
