OverviewPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced Janitorial Project Manager Aviation to lead and manage aviation operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance across all facets of the organization. As a key leader, the Janitorial Project Manager Aviation will leverage operational data to enhance performance, oversee multiple departments, and ensure that all activities align with company goals and industry standards.Compensation:$80,000 annual salary (US Dollars)The pay listed is the salary range for this position. 401(k): You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Management:

Oversee daily aviation operations, including ground services, cabin cleaning services, janitorial services, flight operations, and maintenance coordination.

Ensure compliance with all aviation safety regulations (FAA, TSA, OSHA) and company policies.

Develop and implement operational strategies based on data analysis and performance metrics that improve efficiency, safety, and service quality.

Use performance data to optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, ensuring they meet operational demands.

Implement data-driven approaches to continuously assess and improve operational workflows, identifying opportunities for process optimization.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams, ensuring clear communication, effective training, and professional development opportunities.

Monitor team performance and productivity using key performance indicators (KPIs), addressing challenges or bottlenecks proactively.

Conduct regular meetings with department heads to review performance metrics, identify issues, and align priorities, making adjustments based on data insights.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure that all operational activities meet or exceed industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Oversee safety audits, emergency drills, and incident response plans, leveraging data to assess potential risks and improve preparedness.

Stay updated on changes in aviation regulations and use analytical tools to adjust operational practices, ensuring ongoing compliance.

Customer Service & Quality Assurance:

Collaborate closely with customer service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout operations.

Implement and analyze quality assurance programs to continuously improve the passenger experience and operational effectiveness.

Leverage customer feedback and operational data to identify and resolve service disruptions or failures quickly and effectively.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key operational metrics, track trends, and generate reports that inform decision-making processes.

Lead the development and implementation of dashboards and performance indicators that allow real-time tracking of operational activities.

Use data insights to identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and performance enhancement.

Working Environment:

Location: Primarily based in an office setting, with frequent visits to operational areas, including airfields, hangars, terminals, and maintenance facilities.

Work Hours: Requires flexibility with working hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the 24/7 nature of aviation operations.

Physical Requirements: May involve standing or walking for extended periods while inspecting operational areas or overseeing on-site projects.

Work Pace: Fast-paced and dynamic, requiring quick decision-making and the ability to adapt to unexpected operational challenges or emergencies.

Collaboration: Requires constant communication with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure smooth, cohesive operations.
