General office skills for busy commercial landscape/construction company. Prior office experience required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required - Word, Excel, Outlook, Quick books - answering multiple phone lines, faxing, scanning, filing, email management, creating and saving to e-files; customer service skills a must. This position includes contact with vendors and A/P management, also working with the sales team to prepare proposals/contracts. HR knowledge a plus. Position is part-time with potential to lead to full-time.
