We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Verification Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction by contacting customers to verify their recent orders.

Job Summary:
The Customer Verification Specialist will be responsible for contacting customers via phone to confirm order details and ensure they have selected the correct products. This role is essential for minimizing order errors, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to a smooth and efficient order fulfillment process.
Responsibilities:
Contacting customers via phone to review their recent orders.
Verifying product details, quantities, and shipping addresses.
Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding their orders.
Documenting all customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
Identifying and escalating any potential issues or discrepancies.
Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with computers and phone systems.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Experience in contracting or a related field is a plus.
Mature person a plus
This is a part time position suggested hours are 11-3pm but can be a little flexible.
