Front Loader Operator

We are seeking a skilled Front Loader Operator to join our team at our concrete plant in Stroudsburg, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a front-end loader to move materials such as sand, gravel, and cement efficiently and safely to maintain smooth plant operations.

Responsibilities:

Operate front-end loader to transport and load raw materials into hoppers and storage bins.

Ensure proper material levels in bins and assist in maintaining consistent production flow.

Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure the loader is in safe working condition.

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Assist with general plant maintenance and other duties as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience operating a front-end loader (preferably in a concrete, quarry, or construction environment).

Understanding of equipment maintenance and safety procedures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and working in various weather conditions.

Must have a valid driver’s license.
