Garden Maintenance Company Hiring Gardener

We are a small fine gardening and design company located in Lakewood. Most of our accounts are in the Denver Metro Area i.e. Cherry Creek, Cherry Hills, Highlands Ranch. We are looking for a seasonal gardener for the 2025 season and beyond. We hire 1099 sub contractors (responsible for your own taxes). Plant knowledge and general labor skills are preferable but not required. An interest in plants is essential for this position. Job duties include; planting, weeding, mulching, fertilizing, and other garden nuances. Light lifting (20-30lbs max.) is required. We try to have a good time while doing beautiful work. We work 9am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri during the busy months (May-October). Work starts slowly in April and mostly depends on the weather.

Communication w/ cell phone

Reliable transportation to jobsites

Ability to crouch, kneel, or bend for extended periods

Attention to detail

Able to work alone with direction

Fluent in English

Able to work in adverse conditions
